Quality product.
I am a first time user of a mandolin. As soon as it arrived, I used it to make a cabbage, apple and fennel slaw. Loved the results. My only complaint is that the blade went through the glove that was included. If it weren’t for that, I would give the product 5 stars.
Nunca había usado antes una mandolina y esta me funciona perfecto, no la uso tanto como quisiera pero eso lo hace mejor porque asi pase el tiempo funciona igual de bien, sin perder su filo, te reduce mucho el tiempo para cocinar
I'm no expert on these but it looks well designed, quality construction and works well. Makes variable thickness slices and two sizes of julienne. The food holder also seems well-designed. The gloves are ridiculously small and thus worthless for most people.
